Biomedical Data Journal (BMDJ) is published by Procon Ltd. - a SME established in 1995 in Bulgaria. Procon adds value on the boundary between advanced science and technology developments and rapidly changing organisational requirements. It disseminates knowledge on advancing and applying communications and information technologies through publication, in print and electronically, of the datajournals.eu series, the open-access peer-reviewed English language quarterly Information and Security: An International Journal (ISSN 0861-5160, e-ISSN 1314-2119), books, brochures, reports and monographic studies. It acts as an executive publisher for a series of publications in dozen languages of the Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF) and the PfP Consortium of Defense Academies and Security Studies Institues, including Connections: The Quarterly Journal, published in English and Russian.
Procon is member of research consortia performing studies and technology demonstrations in the EU framework programmes, such as OpenScienceLink and EvoCS, and for the European Denence Agency.
